CREDIT FOR ICONS

According to the Master Service Agreement between the company ESD and the Kobe University Hospital, the Japanese CHES platform can be made available for Quality of Life studies to electronically collect, process and present QoL questionnaire data. This includes the setup and maintenance of the software for the duration of the Master Service Agreement. ESD servers are used for both the installation of CHES and data processing and storage.
